If we as individual, or as NACHI members tried to to this to ASHI on their own message board we would face immediate repercussions...... You as a Certified ASHI Inspector / member are provided with a "Sign in name, a password, and access to several threads to trash us out on.

You insult us / NACHI and nothing happens.... Nick does nothing about it.....We get mad and respond and ????? We look like fools!!!

• It is a "Win / Win" situation for ASHI and for you as an ASHI member!

I ask you in all honesty..... How does that make you feel? Right? Powerful?

Nick allows you to do so...... Nick allows your slanderous and vicious comments to remain on the Public section for all of the Real Estate Industry and for all of the Home Inspector associations to see.

I wonder why inspectors of this org, that know, meet, and compete with non members daily, agree with the public bashing, and slander of the non members by the owner, and ethics members of this org.

I also wonder why venders would chose to require non members to pay to support and promote the same bashing, and slander of other home inspectors to get a discount on their products or services.

Yep it looks like it's all there. Never did find a post where I used foul language, or promoted ASHI with out being asked.
In fact I could not find a post that I started with out being poked in the eye.

Guess nachos owner, ethics members, venders, and general members policy is lie, slander, name call other HI, and other HI orgs, poke all non member inspectors in the eye on an open to the public site, and they should just sit back and take it, or pay nick $289, so they too can agree with the same.

Maybe Ashi is the better Association after all! The public recognizes them, the Realtor's recommend them,and the state's require their test to be passed. And they don't allow their members to be trashed on their own BB. China has more people, but that does not mean they are the best country in the world.

18 NACHI books going out and another just sent email asking for one .

Plus I will be doing three small inspections for Seniors helping to diagnose there concerns .
No charge if they can be done at my convenience.
also three asking for Deck info.
