Rather amazingly Mario Kyriacou of Toronto is able to leave his libelous posts which are completely false.

So in that regard lets start right back at the beginning again.

We also thought it was a good idea if you tendered your resignation from the ESOP

I could care less about wand, it's the "we" that concerns me. Is the "we" current NACHI members? or EXPELLED or NON-MEMBERS, I don't know, that's the PURPOSE of this poll.

I need some input from the membership here at NACHI, please vote.
Simple question: YES -RESIGN OR NO- DON'T RESIGN.

I was appointed to this committee by Mr. Joe Farseta. When asked to serve, I said yes, I thought I could make a difference and the Canadian membership would have some representation.

Raymond Wand has recently notified the police that I have unregistered firearms in my possession, my home was raided on one occasion from the police department based on information that wand has given them. BTW I do own guns, and they are ALL registered. I also own a hand gun that I have had since I was of legal age here in Canada (21) I have also taken gun safety courses. Wand actually looked like a fool to the police. I'm quite sure they warned him to stay away from me in the future.

As you know wand was expelled from NACHI from an ESOP committee that I was not involved with at the time, however, wand has taken it upon himself to make my life a living hell for not supporting him during his expulsion from this association, he continues to this day to do that.
He is in contact with some members here on this MB and some NACHI members.

The purpose of this poll is [for me] to determine if I'm wanted by the membership here at NACHI to represent them as an ESOP committee member.

Plain and simple Dale and Michael. please don't read more into this than explained here. This is for me, so please vote.

Until such time that you can no longer support NACHI/Nick and its goals you should not resign. Stay where you are and do the job that no one else can do. We need you on the ESOP Committee.

I asked you to join because of your character, independent thinking, intelligence, and tenacity.

At the present time, we have three ESOP members hailing from Canada.

Our committee is battle scarred. We get slammed, insulted, ridiculed, and tied to the whipping post.

Yet, here you are asking members if THEY believe you should resign.

You have enough faith in this org to ask for guidance, when the only one who can decide is YOU.

That speaks volumes, my friend.

Do as you feel, but such a resignation would be a great loss for the Committee and the Org, in general.

The bigger question remains, why Mario Kyriacou aka Frank Cece is permitted to openly and repeatedly break the Nachi COE and condoned by the rest of the ESOP committee and its Chair Frank Farsetta?

Duty to the Public

1. The InterNACHI member shall abide by the Code of Ethics and substantially follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
2. The InterNACHI member shall not engage in any practices that could be damaging to the public or bring discredit to the home inspection industry.

Why is Mario continually in breach of rule 1 by not abiding by the rules?

Yes this is Nachi at its finest, anything goes, and blatant breaches of the rules is the standard operating procedure as long as its done by those in power who are not above reproach?
