OAHI has a person called Dave Bottoms who needs to do 150 inspections to become and RHI .Marcel Can you lend him some
The rules say the HI has three years to do 150 .
This guy has been at it for 8 years and still has not done 150 inspections .
I have not met any one who has been doing inspections for more then 1 year that does not do more then 150 in a year.
Of Course he is a close Friend of Bill Mullens and help with Bills Closed BB and he also is the editor of the The Canadian Home Inspector Magazine , so just maybe he does not have time or ? needs to do inspections.
He and Gil are so jealous of NACHI they try and destroy by posting false information .
They both visit the NACHI site to continue there education and see how well the NACHI association is doing .
Dave very frequently takes information from this BB and posts it on the Canuk site .
They all had a chuckle yesterday with my telling of some one on this BB. so small they need to get a life in stead they enjoy being peeping toms .
they get their jollies sneaking around here.
I guess they might do the same after dark in there own area.

What are the origins of those PDFs? Looks to me like you're going to piss off some people there. Is it true that you are a "Retired RHI" with OAHI but mislead people into falsely believing you are an "RHI." That's not very ethical, now is it. Not very surprising either, consider the things you've posted here.

No idea how Cam got brought into this .
I expect it is both Dave Bottoms and Gil Strachan .
Both are malicious and try to destroy people and NACHI.
Both have been known to post under assumed names .
Both have be known to not keep their word so what difference does it make.
Both have the ability to help others when they wish.

I have pissed off people before, that is nothing new. We both share that ability.

As to Retired, yes I am retired, but if you are familiar with the by-laws, and PR 158 you will see it states anyone in the registry is entitled to use RHI. Further the by-laws cannot restrict anyone from practicing inspection in Nachi or Ashi while being retired in OAHI. Just as they cannot stop students practicing while those students are Ashi or Nachi members. Thats Oahis dirty little secret, they want to control what they have no legal authority to control.

As to the CAFE posts, you can see for yourself who started the pissing match. Linda Lalich was instructed to pull the thread and then accuse me of breaking the CAFE rules.

I am curious if the Canuck list owner would have any reservations about providing the complete transcripts of posts because info has been lifted from the CAFE and placed on the Canuck list with no problems or without anyone being suspended.

Also I guess this is why OAHI has not proceeded any further with a number of complaints I have lodged, nor why Oahi, has not granted me an appeal, or why the financial info has not been released, or the minutes or why the DPPC, VP, Director (CAHPI) has been on record not once but twice in the Oahi newsletter stating belonging to another association (Nachi) is bad for business, when in fact he has no business making such a statement, nor is he able to prove belonging to any other association is bad for your business. He has used his position irresponsibly and using Oahi resources to make false statements to justify his power tripping and ego. I await anxiously the opportunity to address a court on these matters because it is readily apparent I will not get a fair hearing in Oahi. I have lots of proof and letters and eyewitnesses accounts, I don't see how Oahi will get out from under their misguided actions.

BTW I was pleasantly surprised to see my access to the CAFE restored this am! So kudos to those that saw the reinstatement in a timely manner as that has not always been the case.
