Default Looking for a good contract
Anyone out there have a good pre inspection contract. I need one and I kind of need it quickly, LOL!

The first one to me wins!!! Well, so long as it reads well.

P.S. don't know if it matters, but if someone has one for Ontario in specific, that would be great!

Okay I should have looked around first. Looks like the one InterNACHI provides will work just fine, for now anyways!

I simply noted it was a pre inspection when I did one last week.
Just put a note at the bottom that it is a pre inspection .
