I am wondering if anyone out there has a lawyer that they could recommend. I am operating out of Vancouver, BC, Canada and may require the assistance of a lawyer familiar with home inspections. I have been in the inspection business for 9 years and I have had no need for representation until now, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you for your help. Robert Jackson Urban Home Inspection A division of 679860 BC Ltd. nvinspector@ymail.com |

Or is it a "void" provision? The courts may view it differently.
