Magic Bay Window

Here is a few photos of a bay window addition I came across on a recent inspection. The home was being sold on a sale by owner listing and the owner told my client he was a building contractor. I think he missed his calling. He should have been a magician. The first photo shows what I saw walking up the side of the home. The second shows the lower back corner. Note the bay protrudes from the home a measured 52 inches! The third shows the inside of the bay floor in the master bedroom on just the one side of the bed. There was a decided slope to the addition and I showed my client the slope to the outside in here. And at last the fourth, taken in the crawl space, reveals the magicians trick.
