Good for you NICK ,you are correct Raymond is a very honest Person .
He worked his but of for NACHI and helped to get NACHI established in Canada big time .
Many have no idea how much Raymond did for NACHI .

When NACHI lost Raymond the Lost one of the best Home Inspectors much knowledge that he loved to share and He enjoyed helping all.

Some of us took these courses in Kingston earlier this year. I have given and received many courses and seminars and I have to admit that Joe is one of the most dynamic presenters I have seen. He is very clear in his approach and can answer any question in whatever detail is needed.

This is a chance for all inspectors to gain some beneficial knowledge at one heck of a bargain price.

As to these two courses, I view them as an opportunity to help elevate the profession in Canada to the level it needs to be, for all of us to survive in future years. I believe we are treated as the ragged refuse far too often, and I am trying my very best to raise educational awareness to all inspectors. This opportunity is extended to those I do not know, from CAHPI. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Mullen and Claude L in Kingston.

I can honestly say that I razzed them both pretty good through the years, and am not too proud to say that my criticism of both men was undeserving. I wondered why they came to Kingston, and was pleasantly surprised to quickly discover that not only were they gentlemen; not only were they genuine in their conviction and dedication to the industry in Canada; not only were they complimentary; but most importantly they both were not above attending, listening, and hopefully taking something away from these classes.

I consider the comliment on the class I received from Claude most gratifying, and Bill was just plain nice. I wanted my photo taken with both of them. It was important for me.

I am proud to call these guys, and all attendees at my classes, as friends and am honored to have been invited back to the Great White North. I am available to answer questions from these guys any time. Always

Although I bleed InterNACHI colors when cut, the purpose of these classes is to educate all attendees, regardless of association affilliation. That's why I am excited to have the opportunity to include those CAHPI members who want to attend.

Billy, Mario, and the rest (sorry I cant name them all) were some of the most gracious folks I have had the pleasure to meet.

Joe, it was a pleasure to take your course in Kingston. Your ability to get the information across to the students is outstanding.It was also a pleasure to talk to you and Bill Devries during lunch on the second day.
