Once again you take liberty with the facts. Mr. Cam Allen is still a member in good standing as an RHI with OAHI.

You're good at screwing up facts is what you are good at! You have repeatedly taken liberties with telling mistruths. Now why don't you explain to all the folks reading this just why Cam quit and why Cam released his White Paper in the other Association. I think you owe everyone an explanation as to your statements that you screamed at everyone in the above post. If you cannot remain calm and cool without showing vehemence in your posts you really need to chill out and put your attitude in place.

Okay, here are the facts:

FACT #1: The NACHI 990 form claims a revenue of $283,566. for 2003. Nick claims NACHI has over 10,000 members worldwide. Lets assume he forgives the fees for 10% of those members, meaning that only 9,000 have paid their $289. fee. That's over 2.5 million bucks. But lets assume Nick lied about the number of NACHI members and it's only half that. That's still over 1.25 million bucks. Frankly, considering you've been playing out your fantasy role as NACHI policeman with Lorraine, I'm surprised you're so quick to overlook this little indiscretion. (I should point out that it's unlikely any of us really knows what this 990 form is all about.)

FACT #2: Roy made the statements I quoted a couple of posts above, which suggest that Cam, being honest and ethical as Roy claims, quit the OAHI BOD because of all the nefarious evil-doings and corruption within the association. I'm not saying that Cam didn't have good reason to quit, only that Roy came to his own conclusion why Cam quit within a day of his resignation and before Cam had said anything officially.

FACT #3: Now, Cam has quit again (the NACHI Exec.). But this time Roy has come to a conclusion that makes Cam look bad and NACHI look like the victim. I find it interesting that, based on nothing more than ambiguous rumours and conjecture in both instances, Roy would come to one conclusion about someone the first time and a completely opposite conclusion about the same person the second time.

The point is about nothing more than the ongoing hypocrisy of Roy Cooke Sr. All I've done is put up his own words for all to see. Those words speak for themselves. Now go bother Lorraine, will ya. [IMG]images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif[/IMG]

Heres the White Paper one more time! I am really concerned with what is going on in OAHI-CAHPI. As you know I have been a member for so many years and paying dues with little in return. Cam thanks for standing up to OAHI (well sorta) Anyway wheres the money gone and where are my benefits?

It seems to me the Board made a very difficult decision in the best interest of ALL the members of our Association!

And based on comments on this chat line I think the Board had many valid reasons not to accept Wayne and I personally question the direction, fairness and attitude of Wayne and the members of the Southwest Meeting Group that support Wayne!

The OAHI is NOT CAHPI! It is an Association of individual members, NOT Regional Cliques!

What is it that the Southwest Meeting Group thinks they might miss out on by not having a rep on the Board?

The by-laws state the following:

Article 6 Board of Directors

7. From time to time in the event of any vacancy however caused occurring in the board of directors (except an ex-officio director or except any vacancy caused through an increase in the number of directors), such vacancy may, as long as there is a quorum of directors then in office, be filled by the directors from among the qualified members of the Association if they shall see fit to do so; otherwise such vacancy shall be filled at the next meeting of members, and any director appointed or elected to fill any such vacancy shall hold office for the unexpired term of the director who ceased to be a director and who caused such vacancy.

13. The board of directors shall include at least one director residing within the counties of Lambton, Essex, Kent, Elgin and
Middlesex, unless there are no candidates for the office of Director within the counties of Lambton, Essex, Kent, Elgin and
Middlesex.

I guess the by-laws are irrelevent. I think Mr. Christopher would make an excellent director.

I have to agree with Bill Mullen 'if the South West meeting group appointed Wayne Christopher to represent their group the BOD should accept their wishes.The South West Group has right under the bylaws to have a member of their choise on the BOD.
