Oh yeah you are right I guess I should put my glasses on that is Jimmy. As to my photo, its current. I was much better looking in my younger days, but the women tell me I am still good looking. Mind you they work for CNIB!

Plans to make all British cars run partly on biofuels could actually harm the environment, according to the government's top environment scientist.
Starting next month, all vehicle fuel sold in Britain will have to be at least 2.5 per cent biofuel, a level due to rise to 5 per cent by 2010.
The move is intended to cut emissions of greenhouse gases caused by burning fossil fuels such as oil.
But environment department science adviser Robert Watson said yesterday cultivation of some crops for biofuels may do more harm than good to the environment, for example in clearing forest to grow crops for biofuel.
He called for the policy change to be postponed until a review of the impact is completed.
Some sources of biofuel "appear to be potentially sustainable," but "others certainly are not."

A government minister will call today for a huge expansion of Britain's nuclear power in what he predicts could be a £20bn economic bonanza that will create 100,000 new jobs and benefit the economy as much as North Sea oil.

yep!! They got to do something as North Sea production is declining......that boom has peaked......smaller players are picking up properties as the bigger guys leave to look for greener pastures.

North Sea oil production fell ten percent (230,000 barrels) in 2004, and fell an additional 12.8% in 2005. This was the largest decrease of any other oil exporting nation in the world, and has led to Britain becoming a net importer of crude for the first time in decades, as recognized by the energy policy of the United Kingdom. [4]. The production is expected to fall to one-third of its peak by 2020.[citation needed]
