Code board is really a great product. I tested few homes from Monarch that had only code Board as a sheathing and nothing else. The blower door result was 1.35ACH - better than R2000 home.

I heard from a municipal building inspector that proposed changes will include attic insulation to be R50, wall insulation will increase and depend on the percentage of window area.
He also mentioned smoke detectors will be required inside bedrooms, not just outside. I can't remember what else he said, but there was more.
