And we keep getting the same answers; "silence" or "avoidance".
Not good enough. Canadian Inspectors deserve better.

HOW MANY INSPECTORS ARE THERE IN CANADA?
HOW MANY INSPECTIONS ARE COMPLETED / YEAR?
HOW MANY OF THESE INSPECTIONS GENERATE MINOR / MAJOR CLIENT COMPLAINTS?

Without these answers and the ability to define a failure rate for Canadian Inspectors all the damaging claims and all the programmes are nothing but a sham.
