Speaking of the Canuck forum, I challenge anyone to post any recent message from there that is anywhere nearly as incendiary or biased as we see here. (You have my permission) We have a rule against badmouthing others and other associations, and almost 100% followed. Anyone who strays is quickly brought into line. There are now about 20 or 25 NACHI members on the Canuck forum and they can verify that it is a fair forum to all.
Any Canadian Home Inspector who wishes to join the Canuck forum is welcome as long as they agree to follow the rules.

Nick unfortunately is not a Canadian Home Inspector. At one time we had the President of ASHI on the forum but had to ask him to leave because he did not meet the criteria of being a Canadian. The rules are the same for everyone.

Strange I only send out what I have been told A couple of things I have been told is there was just some more not nice things posted like Penis taps as an example and I just received that Dave has a new address Please send and see if I am correct ( dbot99@hotmail.com )
I was also told that many members threatend to quit if NICK was allowed to post ./ I guess you still make up rules to suit your self .
You like posting on the NACHI site but refuse to let NICK on your site . I thought it was you who set the rules .
You sure have not improved in your presentation still trying to as Facetious as per usual (don't call Roy a liar because ) and never stop with the digs . and when they are returned you just can not take it .
You like to give it out but can not stand it to come back .
When you put out incorrect information it is a mistake but if I do it it I am a liar.
Care full Bill I have much info you have put out that is not correct.

The truth sure does upset you .

Thank you Bill. That confirms what I suspected. This is three lies by Roy Cooke Sr in a week.

Roy Cooke Sr's incredible week of lies:

Lie #1: http://www.nachi.org/forum/showthrea...iar#post143665
Lie #2: http://www.nachi.org/forum/showthrea...IED#post143730
Lie #3: http://www.nachi.org/forum/showthrea...436#post144436

Wow, for someone who claims not to lie, Roy Cooke Sr sure has proven himself to be full a sh it.

Yet he wants everyone to believe he knows who I am. Roy (and Raymond too), you've got to have some credibility before you can expect people to believe anything coming out of your cakehole. You both have zero.

Whats with all the links. They don't say much other then your propensity to lie. You sure are having a hard time convincing people! Maybe if you could just once provide some evidence, your lack of credibility might rebound you knuckle head.

Lie #4 Roy.

Your on a roll, my boy. I just sent an email to that address and it bounced back as undeliverable.

So what have we learned: Roy Cooke Sr is a bigger liar than we have previously confirmed.

The fact that 97 people received their certification does not mean that 43 failed anything. As I have explained before, some files were incomplete when it was time to make up the list of Certificate Holders. Nobody gets certified without proper paperwork. Many of the 43 have the right stuff but have not provided the proper documentation yet. Most of them will be receiving their certifications shortly.

The failure rate in the TIPR's was likely around 10%. Those 10% did not perform inspections and prepare reports that meet accepted Standards of Practice. They have been advised where they should improve. They will be able to try again after three months without paying the certification fee. However, they will have to pay the true cost of processing a person through a Test Inspection with Peer Review and that is $ 250.
This is not a 'rubber-stamping' process like some where you merely need to write a check. You must be quailfied and knowledegable enough to get The National Certification. The criteria are common to most associations, so it's not as if CAHPI invented some new rules or inspection practices.

Oh come on Ray! You don't really think that anyone who was a perpetrator would actually confess on a board like that?! Everyone knows you did it and then brought it over here. Now you're posting under a bunch of names again. Yikes! I'd probably feel safer in the dog kennel.

Thats a laugh considering what you managed to do to get completely booted from OAHI. At least I am a member in good standing which is more then many of us can say about your abilities!

Why do you think Raymond Wand has been booted off that BB more times than any member in OAHI's history? Raymond was also kicked off the Ethics Committee for trying to get kickbacks from members who had complaints against them. It's all well documented, from what I hear. Only one other member in OAHI's history has been kicked off a committee. Then there is the well documented fact that Raymond LIES about his credentials on his web site, claiming he's an RHI when he's not. Then the fact he's begging OAHI to upgrade him back to full RHI. From what I hear, he'd have better luck teaching his pet goldfish to juggle.

Your a smart person Wendy. When you apply logic to Raymond's hilarious and perposterous claims, they all fall apart like a flimsy deck of cards.

Um Raymond old boy, you might want to try to get your fake names in order. You just posted as Dave again, but forgot to change accounts and accidentally did so under your real name. Oops.
