That is interesting indeed. Maybe that explains why CAHPI is concerned about money and the large overhead it is incurring with the National Certification thingy. Someone has suggested that CAHPI is sending out smoke signals indicating the need for more money to keep the wheels turning.

I have some lard they may want to use on the cogs to stop the squeaky wheel syndrome!
