PHPIO/PHPIC needs NACHI

PHPIO can not do much on their own .
http://www.phpic.ca/news.php I could not find where they had the March 12 Seminar in Mississauga listed on the PHPIC web site

http://www.aciss.ca/ Director of Membership PHPIC
Allan say he can not list on the OAHI site well he has an employee who is an OAHI RHI member
Why not get David Robinson to list it.

http://www.onthelevelinspection.com/about.html Marcel is a director and he has chastised me and others for using PHPIO , Strange how he has gone to Royshomeinspection.com many times and posted things he feels are improper.
He should stop throwing stones till he manages to clean up his own BACK YARD .
He still has PHPIO listed on his web site ,
("I am also a member of InterNACHI (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors), PHPIO (Professional Home and Property Inspector of Ontario) and a CMI(Certified Master Inspector). ")
He also has NACHI LOGO but not the PHPIC LOGO .
Strange how PHPIC directors post the seminars on NACHI but not on there own web sites or the PHPIC web site.

It looks to me like All the PHPIC directors who post on the NACHI site are Nervous how Great NACHI is and they
want to be seen where the ACTION is .

Shame on the PHPIC directors they just can not stay away from NACHI.
I wonder why they come to the NACHI site so often.
Can they not survive on their own and need to be seen on the NACHI site .

I do not think any association should be on there own in the first place.
A union of open association transparency and acceptance of all associations be the best foot forward approach.

I see politics being played by members for there own personal use in the inspection industry in Quebec , Ontario and can not commient beyond that..
I will say this.
I am relatively new first and foremost.
I realize that.
It gives me a unique perspective.A fresh untainted vision , so to speak. I have taken personal steps to include all associations when I communicate with government agency's or oversight committees and boards.
It about the client not your personal beliefs.

I include all home inspection associations in my narrative.
Numbers being relative, I see endless bashing of INACHI.

I know why.

We all have excellent standards set.
Like it or not. That is the truth.
The number of associations and associated members is neither here nor there.


The bloody layering of standard after standards. National or CMI the endless tiers of education before you can practice is hogwash now.
Understanding of code compliance is measured by tests in the association. Not of how many tests you have done or paid for home inspections achieved.



Every association has set great standards. That's it.

What's with all the politics and political back stabbing.
Gees louis. If we complement each others direction and standards a new direction will take place.
I agree with Roy.
To hang on to and old name for any purpose is confusing and not showing a best foot forward approach.
JMO.
