On a course last month and we had a very expensive Lawyer who works for Home Inspectors insurance company
He said about 85% of all home inspector claims are frivilious and just hoping to get some money.

Being born and raised in Willowdale, but going to high school at Bathurst & St. Clair, I always pronounced (and heard it pronounced "Trawno") FWIW
