Please remember that you resigned the night before publically on this message board and the sanction was delivered to you the next morning. this sanction was delivered as a means of closure for the complaints as in fact with your resignation so went your complaints against said members. this also inturn removed the complaints against you as to why they were in turn dismissed. Then a decision was made that in your again relinquishing your resignation as you had done 2 months prior it was deemed necessary by the ESOP to formally sanction you, in case you decided once the matter was dropped you would inturn start your posting rants.
The sanction was to make you aware that you had been sanctioned and found your behaviour in violation of the code of ethics and message board rules.

here Ray confirms that he was called after Joe called Ray. BUT what NEITHER state is that Roy called me first and told me about it. That Joe was very upset and his statement to Joe was " I told Ray NOT to REMOVE any POST"
So based on this could it be Roy who has had it out for Joe all along.
Bidding his time for the right moment to strike havoc and dispare amoungst the membership??? Roy at this point never said joe was violent or a maniac, but very upset and "pleaded with me to get Ray to remove the post"
Roy also told me that Joe said if the post was not removed he would have Ray removed by morning.

Bottom line, if you care to remember, is that I never received an e-mail from you, until Roy bling copied you into an email string that HE started with me. I never initiated any e-mail or conversation with him. Masterfull series of events, all calculated by someone other than me. So, we sniped at each other through a private e-mail. So what.
