How do you sleep...knowing that there are members of NACHI conducting inspections (no, walk-throughs.....from his website, it appears the above mentioned CHI allows about 2 hours for an inspection......people get what they pay for!!!) of residential dwellings, commercial properties and new construction all over the world....taking in thousands and thousands of dollars in a depressed market....that you and others like you are not getting?

With all of the needledicks, like you, spreading your anti-NACHI turds of wisdom throughout the world....people are ignoring you and hiring us, anyway.

From what I see, it's only the realtors that need a "rubber stamp" report getting the NACHI HI's here. As I said here before, the first 2 or 3 NACHI HI's in my area are no longer members or in the HI business.

I feel your pain.
Yeah, pain for the consumer!!! I have a report by a newbie in my hands......a lot missing.....areas on his purchased report system asking for ages/dates of major HVAC are blank!!! It's not what was said in the report, it's what wasn't said.

It must be miserable to know that NACHI people are making money while good, hardworking ASHI inspectors are dropping out to sell shoes at the mall

Well, CAHPI Atlantic-NS Section has only had 3 members leave in the last 6-8 years......one after I was an expert witness in a court claim against him, another after a heart attack, and one due to lack of business for a pair of brothers......his brother is now going great guns as a single operator.

Gosh...it must really be terrible to be you.
Jeez, JB, you don't like what I say but I'm quite sure you or someone impersonating you on these boards the other day said this:

"Nick/NACHI are no different from any other vendor who makes money from idiotic licensing laws. While he does a somewhat effective job of concealing it, NACHI Tv is positioning itself to use licensing laws to sell its "advanced" courses on flashlight battery insertion, etc in response to state required CEUs.

Do not depend on NACHI or any other vendor of licensing paraphanalia to help you interfere with their income."

Do you like NACHI and Nick or not???

Here in AZ from what I can tell with licensing, ITA BS diploma mill, different HI organizations, etc, a lot of HI's have bitten the dust. If you do not do a good job you will not be here next week.

No matter how many BS CEU's you take.

I love Nick.

I love NACHI.

Please do not mistake NACHI TV, a "for profit activity" that is presently wasting its potential in an effort to allow licensed inspectors to take refresher courses in their underwear instead of attending training that could be beneficial, for the non profit association known as NACHI, which rules the planet.

They are not the same entity.

Really hard to separate the two!! NACHI TV is being heavily promoted on this site and there's no way Nick is not making some decent $$$$$ somehow as a result of "the non-profit association" ...not directly from its fees but from companies that are promoted and services sold by vendors......all is not all as it seems........all this effort just to "help" HI's for free......not on your life!!

BTW, I read some of your other posts about NACHI's limitations and the need for another improved / higher ideals organization. Didn't have time to respond then due to tired from work load but........I agree 100%.

It should not be hard to separate the two. One is a non-profit association for the home inspector and the other is a for-profit business. Your wild ***** guesses as to the motives of others are of little value and require no reponse.

As to the posts you are referring to in which you mistated their relevance to "NACHI's limitations", you have conveniently and for your own purposes taken them out of context as well.

I was pointing out that the issues that are heavily weighing upon home inspectors in today's market are not being adequately addressed by ANY of the present home inspection associations. You personally chose to single out only one of the three that my posts were critical of...again...for obvious reasons.

Your personal bias has rendered you irrelevant.
