Roy just so were clear on this I spent the last 5 hours digging this up so you would have your proof of what you did to get expelled.
Please remember that you resigned the night before publically on this message board and the sanction was delivered to you the next morning. this sanction was delivered as a means of closure for the complaints as in fact with your resignation so went your complaints against said members. this also inturn removed the complaints against you as to why they were in turn dismissed. Then a decision was made that in your again relinquishing your resignation as you had done 2 months prior it was deemed necessary by the ESOP to formally sanction you, in case you decided once the matter was dropped you would inturn start your posting rants. The sanction was to make you aware that you had been sanctioned and found your behaviour in violation of the code of ethics and message board rules. Looks like some are trying to divert attention to the real issues. Has anyone seen Joe Ferry? I think he needs to be brought into this matter to bring some credibility to the ESOP and to show other members how things are done properly. Everyone else listed as being on the ESOP with the exception of Joe Ferry has had a hand in this mess, but Joe has been left out for a reason and we know why. You can present your side of the arguements till the cows come home but the truth is Joe Farsetta needed to exact revenge for Roy sticking up for his rights and questioning Joe Farsettas sub human intelligence.
