We trust that by September 1st, both will be approved.

I hope you can make it happen and turn this chicken sh** into chicken salad.

For the record all my letters out were for support of INACHI, it would make my day.

Just curious, on a liter note, seeing that a 6 inch spindle gap ( CD ) is acceptable in Alberta, for you older generation guys , remember what happened to poor old Leave it to Beaver when he got his head stuck in the spindles , Fred the fireman had to save him .

You will need to gather money and buy an amendment or ... you will simply do what most women who are being raped are advised to do. Do not anger your attacker and simply submit and do what you must to survive.

The fighting has to happen before the law is passed. Once you have been penetrated there is little you can do to "unpenetrate" yourself.

I am still waiting for the answer who has been appointed by the Alberta Government to oversee the mandatory testing and who will evaluate the inspection results.

Do you think the new 2 Year Home Inspection Diploma offered at Sault College will be accepted when 2/3s of it is bull ****.
At $10,000.00 those taking it better hope so.

That's a very biased call......from a guy that wasn't re-hired to do the training!!

That $10,000 may be worth it if it's to be recognized by the provinces with regulations and other agencies. What happens to NACHI certifications if Ontario and other provinces go the wayof BC in regulating.

By the way, I noticed the number of BC NACHI members appears to be down a bit these days!! Never did count them at their highest. This was the gist of what went on there.......

"From a member's website in BC:

About me

Gone fishing

Unfortunately, I am not licensed to perform home inspections in BC and will not. When I am, I will advertise. Thank-you for looking me up though."

BC INACHI member numbers:

Presently-42

4/24/2010- 41

1/11/2010- 41

LICENSING: MARCH 1, 2009

4/13/2008- 61

Bushy:

"So all this HI training should be cheap and easy?? Did you get your BPI energy auditor certification for next to nothing and write unproctored online tests to prove your competency? I DON"T THINK SO!!

Why aren't you complaining about BPI and the money train now that the excellent training made you an expert and filled you in on about many issues most HI's have no inkling of?"

You have no comments on paying probably over $300/day for your BPI energy auditor training???

Brian as always you are wrong!

That is because I care more about everyone else than myself.
I could have easily been able to remove this course from even being mentioned in Sault Ste Marie had I known what they were planning.

Hi Kevin,

Exterior Inspection that was due to start Nov. 3 has been cancelled due to low enrolment. We will try again this winter.

Take care,

So they drop "Carson Dunlop" and follow "Mike Holmes" because he is bigger and better.
36 Students in one city
15 already trained for HI.
2 going to other cities.
No word and no chance to stop them.
My lawyer against who?
I still don't know who is going to teach it and neither does the 2 clients of mine. They are young and ambitious but do not have direction.

Brian:

I designed course outlines for them also.
I was not paid for this work and did it to make it better suited for SSM On.
I was not invited to ? Mike Holmes when he was in town.
Both the school and hospital here had no input for proper design and I am not proud of what they have done.

Hi Kevin,

I finally got around to putting the course outlines onto our templates but they still require some work. The work that is needed is learning outcomes and topics. I have attached all the course outlines for the Home Inspection program to this email. Can you please complete the course outlines and send them back to me?

Thank you,
