the IR itself cannot put you in a more liabilty- NOT TRUE. THE I.R. CAN INCREASE THE EXPECTATIONS OF YOUR CLIENTS AND SIMILARLY INCREASE THEIR LIKELYHOOD OF CHALLENGING YOU IN COURT WHEN YOU FAIL TO LIVE UP TO THEIR UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS.
And yes the photo can be described and shown to hold value in a report, and justify why a specialist was needed, or how it shows whatever is in the pic WITHOUT COROBORATING EVIDENCE THE PHOTO IS STILL SUBJECT TO INTERPRETATION AND CAN BE QUESTIONED IN COURT. ps I know i'm a S h y t Coffee is on me - IN A WORD - DECAF |
