He is offering half (1/2) price inspections to get established in a market!!! I'd say the "1/2" might be a bit of a give away of what the pricing structure is in his market!!

Ask any other inspectors in that area if they want to inspect houses for $150, or if that is the going rate, dumb one!!!

To get up off my seat and drive 5-10 miles to look at any 1 small item without writing a report, I charge $150 +taxes. Why the hell would anyone do a full 1000 ft house inspection for $150? That was my price for that size of house with an unfinished basement in 1985!!! Nick, you need to talk to your boy here!!!

For a while when you were questioning Nickey aong with JB on the pay-to-play stuff, I was sure your Kool-aid was getting watered down & weak and the blinders were coming off!! I guess Nickey got to you and filled your glass to the brim again.
