Brian, I have the ability to see mold through walls miles away and get a heck of a lot more than you do with your lowball prices and I don't have to leave my bed or even write a report. You'll be history in no time.

Usually do these on the way to another inspection. Not too bad for a 1/2 hour to hour peek at something without any report.

BTW, you may have noticed I was at home this AM- posting here and doing up billing. One of these $150 looks-at-something turned into litigation assistance with a bill of $2545.00. And I gave up a bit of $$$ on this since the poor single women had suffered quite a bit at the hands of a contractor. He has since stopped legal proceedings to get her holdback $$$. I am now encouraging the lawyer to start proceedings against the contractor......I'm planning to make up the $$$ on that action!!

What business of yours is anything that goes on at NACHI?

You seem to have some useful knowledge as a non member, why not put to positive use to help others with out all your near constant ranting?

I think I do help folks here. Even with Maryo the Great's campaigns to discredit me, I still get other positive feedback and haven't been banned.

Nick knows I would join in a moment if the certification was changed to something I could respect.........but that won't happen any time soon. It's gotten pretty bad when some of this org's once biggest supporters, including Captain NACHI, are now on the outside. (even with a blog to let the truth prevail!!)

The macnasshole is on our MB 24/7 for the following reasons:

• He does not have Cable or Satellite
• His wife is busy flying to Libya and other weird places (on her own I might add) and he is very, very lonely!!
• He is not inspecting or at least he has not inspected anything since the Korean War.
• He is anti-social-He has a difficult time interacting with anyone in person. The keyboard allows him to be anonymous and feel important…..SAD SAD SAD!!!

BTW How are those Multi-Million Dollar Inspections going for ya? Is it true you only charge $150.00 for the initial inspection and than make additional monies after you talk the buyer into suing the seller? Bravo macnasshole!! You are pathetic.
