For those who don't know, Marcel G. is an accomplished chef, so this recipe will be outstanding.

For those keeping score at home, the rascals woke me up this morning with their noise. Me thinks this weekend could spell the end of the goose problem. II'm sure they'll be finger lickin' good !!!)

Heck, wait until you're my age. I can't remember the last time I had a goose of any kind.

I cooked a goose for Christmas dinner. My wife had never tried it, now says she agrees with me, goose beats turkey hands (or wings) down.
My father usta raise turkey's geese and pigs. Raised all organic. Best eatin' anywhere.

I've heard of using an extension cord with the live wire at one end of the pool and the neutral at the other. Apparently it shocks the hell out of them and they don't come back.

Why didn't I think of that !!!!

The birds would be cooked already and the cable would also keep the pesky neighbours out of our pool.

If you were in the U. S. you could sell them to your local Chinese restaurant.

That would probably work, but I don't think I would try that one. I think George meant this as a joke, but just incase anyone took it seriously, there's just too many bad things that could happen.
