I thought I'd start a thread for Raymond Wand and Roy Cooke Sr and all of Raymond Wand's fake "romper room" friends.

As you are all very well aware, Raymond Wand is posting under a number of names, such as:

Roy Cooke Sr's Obsession:

If you do a search under the username "rcooke" with the keyword "OAHI" you will find 16 pages/384 posts made by Roy where he's obsessing about OAHI, and that's in the past 12 months alone!

If you do a search under the username "rcooke" with the keyword "CAHPI" you will find 11 pages/285 posts made by Roy where he's obsessing about CAHPI, and that's in the past 12 months alone!

Raymond Wand's Obsession:

This is even scarier! If you do a search under the username "rwand" and "rwand1" with the keyword "OAHI" you will find 25 pages/500 posts made by Ray where he's obsessing about OAHI, and that's in the past 6 months alone!

If you do a search under the username "rwand" and "rwand1" with the keyword "CAHPI" you will find 16 pages/399 posts made by Ray where he's obsessing about CAHPI, and that's in the past 12 months alone!

Crazy crazy guys, those two.

The unfortunate fallout is - the exact lack of professionalism and lack of credibility that any outside observers would quickly gather from the posts. It even strikes at the roots of the ethics subscribed by almost every home inspection association. There are certain comments that are not just derogatory but challenge the civil/human rights of individuals.

Certainly I find that many of the posts on the Canadian side of the forum have been hijacked and cannot not always be blamed as the evil instrument by non-members (aka: outsiders). Even some of that has crept back and influenced other areas of the forum. But more often than not, mainly on the Cnadian side, most every topic leads down the same inevitable path of destruction.

It's an unfortunate waste of time and bandwidth, and does nothing to further the professionalism of the home inspection sector. When will this utter breach of conduct be addressed or insanity stop? Or are the hits of popularity on this forum more important? Hopefully, we can return back to civility!

It really is a joke, and very embarrassing to all home inspectors. Good words Claude, but I think they will fall on deaf ears....

It's funny, I've been rummaging through some of the archives from a few years back and this exact same junk was going on then too. The only thing is the six to ten people who were participating are all gone with the exception of exactly - no more and no less - two guys. You ready for it? Raymond Wand and Roy Cooke Sr.

Ray and Roy were pulling this garbage as far back as 2002 when they were known as the R & R Sideshow (I was wondering where Bill got that from). About every six months the circus folk changes but the lead clowns always remain. Funny how quickly everyone tires of their nonsense and goes away, but Raymond Wand and Roy Cooke Sr just never stop with the nonsense and are always ready with the next act.

Like I said before, if two 10 year olds were behaving like this back in 2001 they'd be 16 yrs old right now and chasing girls and playing sports, and all their childish antics of six years previous would have been long forgotten. But not if their names were Raymond Wand and Roy Cooke Sr. Raymond and Roy seem to be stuck at 10 years old. Sadly the professional adults here all suffer for it.

You sir, need a life Here's a little project for you........ You could do a check on yourself to see how many of your posts were to actually help or share something of actual intelligence for the rest of us here....no need....they're all pretty much useless crap.

May I suggest you go back to your original personality (you say you are a decent NACHI member), and put this bad boy to bed?
