I have been working closely with a mold laboratory and they want to know exactly what home inspectors want in their reports. Presently they can either give recommendations and to the level of mold "high" or within normal limits...or we can eliminate that and leave it blank for you to decide. Besides cost...what else would you like to see?

This is your chance to get what you want. Hopefully by Jan. 1, 2010 the lab will have all the wish list compiled and implemented. We just need the info FROM YOU the inspectors, to make it better...and of course INachi members will get a break in price and maybe even turn around time...

I am presently working on detailed reports, 24 hour turn around time and $25 per sample, overnight shipping INCLUDED....I am trying....Not promising anything...just trying.
