Hello, My name is Miggie Suarez. I was refered to your website through my inspector that inspected my home in July. Since then, I have had 3 floodings, all caused by the condominuim developers. The condo above and next to me flooded my apartment when a pipe broke. Both of these condo's are currently being renovated by the developers. I am extreamely worried about the mold that I know is probably already setting in. From the first flood, I found mold behind the stove. I fear what mold has grown since then. The developers had a company come out and inspect the unit, but I'd like to have my own inspector come and check things out. I was wondering if anyone can please refer a mold inspector that is a member of nachi. I would appreciate any help that I can get in this matter.
