Question Correct amount of air samples.

I do know that (3) exterior air samples are the proper amount required for a base. My question is most of the mold inspections on homes will be in and around a body of water (A Lake). Would (1) air sample on the lake side of the home be enough to set the base?

Default Re: Correct amount of air samples.

It is only the labs that promote two or more outside samples. One outside sample will hold up in court, it all depends on what SOP or testing protocol you are following. You need to follow some type of standard just in case that standard is questioned later on. Just keep in mind, test at least 20 feet away from the building, and do not test near straw and trees. Anymore questions, please feel free to ask.
