Yes, I include them in my inspection binders. I cannot get Realtors to hand them out even though I think the RESPA rules require real estate hand out information about lead and so on. They are just a dollar a piece.

The Environmental Concerns pamphlet is about 30 pages and covers 3 topics 1) moisture, 2) radon, and 3) Lead. It is a concise, informative and an easy read. I've had positive response from every one I've passed them to and it adds more value to the report, especially the tips about moisture and mold.

I wouldn't consider it in depth reference material, but it makes for a great insert to hard copy report that I think clients actually read and get something useful out of (imo).

We give them away to clients when performing IAQ testing.
