Nick,
I have talked to ESA in the past to come up with a Sampling (Air & ) Surface testing agreement. They say the inspection agreement should work. They are not understanding that I am requesting sampling only with out the mention of inspection. Can you come up with a winner on that. I have something I use but it is not finer tuned at all. I would rather it comes from someone that is much more knowledgable with the legalaties than I. Thanks, Randy
