Default Mold Contract

Ive been reading on mold contracts. I have a question. If you are just doing a tape test do you have a contract signed for that?

I do not but I think other inspectors have clients sign a contract even if they are just going to scratch their butt.

Heck yes. Given the litigious environment surrounding mold, protect yourself. And thank Nick for the redirect to an agreement.

Any service you provide, it would be better to have a contract, than not to.
