Default Mold testing question
I had someone call me with a QTip sample of mold she collected on Sat before "cleaning" up the mold in her apt. She is wanting me to send this to a lab for analysis, Ive haven't had this question yet. Im concerned about the chain of custody form since I cant verify this sample was taken at this apt. Anyone have advice?

Why not go take a sample yourself? How do know how well it's "cleaned up"?

Its a college kid not wanting to spend alot of money on a mold test they decided to go to walmart to get a mold test in a box
