No, it was $199 US. but it was worth it.

Our course was free and it was also worth it.I think Doug Caprio did an excellent job of teaching this amazing course.

Dr. Shane was not with Pro-Lab at the time I took the course, nor when we had the course here. The one I did in both Chicago and Milwaukee was the ESA course (and Doug said so) which I found informative and educational.

Now that Pro-Lab is doing new courses written by Dr. Shane, it made no sense to me that they would deny that they used to do offer the ESA course.

Advertise the "New" courses and let them stand on their own, rather than calling another educational organization liars when they were being truthful. It is in bad taste and reflects poor character on the part of whoever was stupid enough to concoct that "Let the Truth be Told" notice (which in itself was the lie).

The certificates were important to those who participated here because of the CE requirements for the state. It was extremely careless not to recognize that and bend over backwards to be sure the partipants all got them. A good number had made calls to Pro-Lab over months, always getting a promise with no results.

It is baffling because it took me a grand total of 1 hour to create and email all the certificates (under our chapter as sponsor). when it became clear that nobody at Pro-Lab was going to come through. I hope that has all changed.

I am with you if this is what happened there is no excuse .
Glad at least those who attended got some sort of recognition .

I think that you will find Pro-Lab is very receptive to our needs[HI] and honestly David they have bent over backwards to help me. I'm sure that the next time you deal with them you will know what I mean.
