Question Visual Screening for Chinese Drywall??
Please provid feeback as to the cost of performing a visual screening for chinese drywall. New town house 2, 000Sq-Ft. No test. Has anybody perform this type of work/? I'm in the process and providing a quote for 15 units just want to be in the ball park.

100 to 150 with a report. I could go a little less with 15 to do. Fairly simple inspection without testing. I used a modified Mold report for the template. I wish I had more call for them. Good Luck.
