I had a call for a Condo building Roof Survey while out and actualy passed the football to another NACHI guy.

This happened just yesterday.

I did this in not being sure of what I would do on a Roof only Inspection.
Sure I inspect them all the time , but felt unsure of the template or verbage I would use in such a specific system inspection.

I look forward to the video and hope it is not a Flir commercial.
