Commercial Inspections Slow

Commercial Building Inspections have been extremely slow for the last few weeks, I finally received a signed agreement for a 20,000 sf. building this Thursday.

Anyone else notice a slow down in Commercial Inspections lately?

The REO's (homes) don't stop though, but only one today, I think the investors are taking advantage of the stock market the last few weeks---

From what I'm hearing it's all good if you are working at all.

Some haven't left the house in days or weeks except to buy groceries and try to market to who???

I've had a few call me to test their phones.

Mine manana is $400,000 going for $225,000 fwiw

Somebody keeps on underbidding me here in central Missouri when it comes to commercial inspections. Seldom do a commercial inspection any more.
