Default Commercial/multifamily up 13% from 2010.
Commercial/multifamily originations during the fourth quarter of 2011 were up 13% over the fourth quarter of 2010 according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Quarterly Survey of Commercial/Multifamily Mortgage Bankers Originations.
