Commerical Insp wavier

Looking for a commmerical inspection waiver to include in my insp report.

Or can some one direct me to a site where I can down load commerical insp codes, safety concerns etc.

Or does any insp have a clause that they use when doing commerical insp that will be helpful to me to read.

You should refer to both the InterNACHI Commercial Inspection SOP as well as ASTM 2018-01 and ensure that you comply with both.

As to life/safety, be sure to disclaim it in your Inspection Agreement and in the Inspection Report. Have your client initial this disclaimer.
