Experts directory?

Does InterNACHI maintain a directory of experts in niche trade areas, or does the commercial inspector take his chances with the yellow pages? Perhaps the commercial inspector has already developed these resources on his own years before he got into commercial inspections?

Sounds like a good idea, I have not used anyone to help on my "light commercial" inspections.

It seems almost counter productive to hire contractors for commercial inspection assistance from the same pool of ones who are doing the incorrect work we find on inspections.

There are good ones out there but they are already busy and may not want to do inspection work due to the liability. Also, maybe some are better at recognizing problems than doing the installations.
