Default Florida Wind Mitigation

What is everyone charging for Commercial MIT-BT II III and OIR–B1-1802? I am heading a new marking campaign for the commercial side and do not want to be too cheap! Thanks!

John I tried to do one for state farm and they do not accept for commercial. Have you ran into this at all? Talked to the state and was informed it is a option for companies to do any other than residencial. Please stop by and let me know if you have any other feedback on this matter. You can contact me directly at windflorida.net

Jason,

to do type II & III buildings (4 or more storeys) you have to be either a CGC, PE or Architect.
