Default Front wall

Hope the pictures help

In viewing the front of the store from the street the Right side of the wall is straight.
The left side of the wall leans forward a couple of inches.

Client wants me to state if this wall is structuraly sound or not, to which my response was that I am not a Professional Engineer, if a more in depth determination is needed about the wall they need to contact one for review.

It looks like the parapet wall that's leaning?

The picture is defiantly leaning but someone forgot to hit rotate.
The parapet wall is decorative and I am not so sure it actually is leaning.

Can we see the front parapet wall from the roof please?
