Default Inspection Agreement (which one)

I use the standard NACHI agreement , but have a 4-6 unit building coming up.
Should I use the commercial agreement as someone suggested .
If I do what should I change in the way of systems and componants .
Meaning what is a sampling verses full look.
I spend 3 hours on one home or Condo but of course will not multiply that by 4 or 6.
2 of the units are being finished out of a finished basement.4 flat
