I got mine thanks. However there are only 62 pages so do I get refund!

Page 63 and 64 are blank in my copy and that's not counting the cover

I received my copy of the SOP Commercial Properties book in good condition. I received the book in the mail today without any dog ears to the pages. Remember that I "Inspect" for a living, I am always checking up on the mail delivery person to see if my stuff is stuffed or respected. This time the delivery was flawless, thanks again. Nick, if I send it back will you autograph it for me? G.
