Default Request for Documents and Person(s) with Knowledge sample language added to comsop.

Request for Documents and Person(s) with Knowledge sample language (for inspector to send to client) added to InterNACHI ComSop document pack:

Does something like this really need to be in a Standards of Practice or can it find it's way to a supporting document available for download. I don't see how an actual request for documentation fits in here. Verbage should be up to the individual inspector and client defined by the contract, not defined by a standard.

I hear ya, but I could only get the big insurance discount if I bound all the documents together into one Com Sop document pack. Makes it hard for the inspector to use his own shaky agreements, contracts, and notices, and it makes it hard for the client to claim he didn't have access to them to read and understand them before signing them. I'm making commercial inspections bullet proof for our members.
