Default Stranded wire
I was on a commercial inspection today and I took the electrical panel cover off and found 90 percent of the wire was multi color and stranded. I believe this is a no-no. Can someone please confirm.

It's not a no no. Perfectly acceptable. Just make sure the wire size is correct.
