WARNING! Avoid CREIA rip-off! California Real Estate Inspection Association thieves!

We'll I wanted to see what CREIA's Commercial Inspection SOP looked like so I went to their online store at http://shop.creia.org/index.asp?Page...PROD&ProdID=43 and spent $135.00 plus shipping to download the pdf. Guess what, after they steal your money they don't give you the download... they tell you they have to mail it (real hi-tech, huh? ). I finally got it today and it is a grand total of 2 pages long.

What a rip-off!
