Default What's your bid?

I was curious to find out what the difference in markets are.

So what would you charge for a "complete techinical inspection" of this 87 room hotel?

What would you exclude/not inspect?

Anyone want to share contract information? e-mail me @ adairinspex@adairinspection.com

Can you give us some more info.
How many square feet, how many stories, heating, electrical?

Random sample of rooms?

Pools, kitchen area, maintenance buildings?

I would charge on a PER ROOM Basis.

I'd like to score that contract.

I wouldn't exclude anything. Your existing HI agreement should cover you on any technacalities such as Common areas, components behind walls, etc. You are doing an inspection of readily accessible areas.

Hi. Barry;

It would all depend on how Technical the Inspection is required to be.
Would it include Site and utilities, Roofing, Structural, ADA compliancy, elevator, Sprinkler, Pool statues, Plumbing and Heating and ventilation, complete System Evaluation, and Code Compliancy?

To go in as a Team and do a Technical Inspection on 87 room facility, my guess would be about $5,280+ $1,000 Ancillary Service inspections.
Or $0.28 Per Sq. Ft.

I am assuming that this facility is at least 25,000 sq. ft..

Hope this helps.

Your right on the money as related to what I would charge in the Phoenix area.

I inspected one this size a couple years ago in a town close to the New Mexico border and .28 was the number, it was an easy inspection completed in one day with the report generated the next.

Dale, is this correct or are you pulling our legs?

25,000 sqr. ft building inspected in one day report delivered the next day?

Can you elaborate on a couple of things?

How many were on your team as subs and did you have help with the report?

How much do you typically pay your subs?

HVAC, Electrical, Roofing and do you hire an ADA specialist?
