Hi Guys,

I used the Brinks-ADT free 90 day warranty program in affiliation with American Home Warranty in exchange for a lead for several years and it worked out great. Now [as far as I know] RWS [Residential Warranty Service} is the only company doing this now. Does anybody out have any experience on claims with RWS ? I just want to know if they do what they say, or just look good on paper only ?

I do not have experience with either of them, but generically speaking, Home Warrantee companies (aka... insurance) do not make a profit paying claims.
