I used the Brinks-ADT free 90 day warranty program in affiliation with American Home Warranty in exchange for a lead for several years and it worked out great. Now [as far as I know] RWS Residential Warranty Service} is the only company doing this now. Does anybody out have any experience on claims with RWS ? I just want to know if they do what they say, or just look good on paper only ?
