Thank all of you for the info. I'm still a little confused. For argument's sake, if the gauge of the wire wasn't increased for the Aluminum Wire vs. the Copper Wire and I presently don't have problems with the wiring, would it be safe to assume that I won't have problems in the future (electric service on 220v. circuits have been in use for over 3 years)? Is there a chart that shows amp load of circuits with aluminum and the recommended awg for aluminum wiring? Thanks.
