Anybody know about Blower Door Test and Duct Blaster. Where is the best place to get equipment and training?

I chose to buy the RetroTec blower door. They also sell a duct blaster, but there are alternative methods of checking the ducts using the blower door and manometer.

Each manufacturer has its own training program.

I was impressed to see how many of the guys who trained with me for BPI certification had never set up or used a blower door before, but learned to operate, read and interpret results from the "hands-on" part of the the course. They are not that difficult to learn, but are essential to real energy audits.
