dearborn realtors
number of realtors in Dearborn, Michigan area, are demanding upwards of
$20,000 cash of the side in order to purchase a house through them! i have gone through a number of realtors looking to purchase a bank owned house, and the usual reply is "itll cost you some money of the side". all in all these people are pocketing boat loads of cash tax-free, and if you dont pay the cash on the side, theyll show you cappy houses that are worthless. please forward this email to the authorities who handle these types of cases.
